My partner and I travel a lot, both for work and leisure. We stayed at the Rove HealthCare City for 30 days and it was by far one of the best experiences we had. The hotel is nice/stylish, the food is great and affordable, the rooms always clean. My partner and I are both digital nomads, and the hotel truly recognizes that. We had great WiFi, everywhere in the building, and there are sufficient working spots. However what made this experience so exceptional, was the amazing staff that took care of us every single day. One by one, from the receptionists, to the pool guy (Sanjay) and the restaurant staff (Riza, Mary,...), they are super friendly and helpful, truly ensuring guests have a great experience. Also, my partner and I want to extend a special thank you to Islam, greeting us with a smile every morning, while I desperately needed my coffee. Islam, your service to the customers is excellent. Keep doing what you are doing! Hope you will still be there after summer!

We stayed 18 days at this lovely hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our stay was very pleasant, rooms quite, beds comfy, food delicious, pool amd sunbeds settings are great. I dont know who trains the team at Rove but he does an incredible job! It looks like their credo is to always serve guest at the very best way possible and never say no. The staff: starting fom receptionists, securities, floor managers, pool guy, the cleaning team, the restaurant team. Absolutely everyone are 100% friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Special thanks to managers Sam and Ramadan. Clenaing guy Juity and Hamasa. And thanks for sending a birthday cake to our room as it was my mom birthday. Very thoughtul. Salut to all the team and management. Will be back again soon.

I like everything about Rove. I always manage my expectation booking affordable hotels but this one exceeds every details. Check-in and check-out is very smooth. Pleasant staff willing to assist and answer your inquiries. Minimalist and clean common areas. We availed the twin bed room and pretty spacious at 26sqm with a very nice view of the city. A plus too for supporting and practicing sustainability. Location is in Bur Dubai which is near to the airport but 'quite' far to most of the attractions. Its accessible by public transportation though, like buses where bus stop is just right outside the hotel. There is a nearby walkable metro station but since we visited in summer (early September) we cannot afford to walk under the sun. Taking the metro will take you longer to go to places like in Downtown or Jumeirah-approx 45mins-1hr. But if you drive or ride a taxi it is more efficient and time saver approx 20-30mins only. You will enjoy exploring the hotel vicinity when on right season. There are lot more to explore.

The hotel staff is fantastic, I would like to mention specially Pankaj from reception for the outstanding service and all their security staff at entrance are very welcoming. The room are fantastic. I got the top floor room with nice views of City and Burj khalifa. Do not forget to orders a fantastic Indian food from Sarvana Bhavan which is just 5 minutes walk and a really fabulous Pakistani food from DesPardes which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel. Bus stop is just next to the hotel. Cleanliness in the hotel is fantastic.

Most of the things were good. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Great lobby and located near the good areas around Bur Dubai and Dubai. Would be great option, if you want to be close to shopping and dining places around Bur Dubai. It has also easy access to Shaikh Zayed Road and to Al Khail Road, so it is very convenient place.

Everything was amazing! On 11th june it was my birthday when we go out staff arrange a beautiful cup cake that was delicious.. I want to thank you for this little surprise... Mr. Emad from front office is very amazing we like his way of talking nd one person from housekeeping . I'm sorry I forgot name but he is manager of housekeeping from sri Lanka. He is also so kind person.... I wish to come back here in next week. ❤

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! Huge thanks for the warm hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, and the outstanding treatment by the staff. A special shoutout to Ramadan for going above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. And for the algerian Ishak was very helpful, And the service in the hotel is 7 starts however the hotel is 3 stars only Can't wait to explore more with Rove!

I recently stayed at this 3-star hotel and was extremely impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay, special appreciation to Ali at the front desk. The lobby area was clean and modern, which gave me high expectations for my room. I was not disappointed when I entered my spacious and well-appointed room. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-fridge.

Such a nice, friendly and helpful staff from the receptionist Ali who gave us such a warm welcoming, Ishaq who was very helpful and friendly and the ladies who were super nice and helpful. All of them will do extra to make sure u are felling comfortable and satisfied. housekeeping staff very professional, fast and always available. Rooms are clean, facilities as well, also the hotel have such a nice smell. Worth for the money. Starbucks is near by the hotel.
